Gordon is responsible and accountable for all aspects of hyphen’s implementation services for Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Managed Service Programmes. He has 12 years' experience of the recruitment marketplace, where he performed a number of roles from operational delivery to account management both in the UK and in Europe.

Gordon has particular expertise in the implementation and development of Recruitment Outsourcing solutions and has an exceptional track record in the delivery of improved recruitment metrics and substantial cost savings to his clients.
