Waseem joined the Group in 1995 and has worked across a number of divisions before assuming the role of Group IT Director. 

Prior to joining the Group, Waseem worked as an analyst for a number of large blue chip organisations including the Woolwich and Caterpillar, and was Localisation Manager, responsible for the localisation of a suite of e-learning products into French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese. He has also managed development teams delivering commercial business and web applications for clients including BP, Merrill Lynch, Zurich Financial Services and National Grid.

As Group IT Director, Waseem is now responsible for the Group’s Infrastructure and Applications across global platforms, including etechnology, the contractor portal and Pre Employment Screening (PES). Waseem has overseen a number of hyphen's implementations for clients including Barclays, National Grid Transo, Prudential, LBHF, Royal Mail and Thales.

Waseem has a BSc (HONS) in Computer Science and MSc in Human Computer Systems.
