Sarah has over 15 years’ generalist HR Management within a number of high profile retail organisations including Tesco and John Lewis.

Before joining the Group, Sarah was HR Director at Coral Bookmakers, part of the Gala Coral Group, which employs over 10,000 people in 1600 locations. Rapid expansion combined with changes in legislation resulted in considerable business model changes, and Sarah was instrumental in leading some of the change management programmes including wholesale contractual review of all employees, management development programmes and large-scale recruitment.

Sarah has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Middlesex University, is fully CIPD qualified and is a licensed practitioner of PPA.
