Neil Jones joined Spring Group plc as Managing Director of hyphen in June 2007. Neil held board level positions at both Adecco, where he was Head of Managed Services and Corporate Sales, and Elan.

With over 16 years’ experience, and a track record for optimising operational efficiency in the nurturing of complex accounts, Neil is responsible for ensuring the profitable growth of the solutions offered to the Group’s major corporate and outsourcing customers.
