On-Site Recruiter - Surrey
Due to the expansion of our service for one our major accounts we are looking for an on-site recruiter to service the client in Surrey.
The main duties for this role will be:
To source and deliver the best candidates at all levels for the on-site programme, using internal and/or external sourcing methods, ensuring resourcing targets and SLAs are met. Be a key member in delivering the RPO to client, to meet the recruitment requirements of the client (or a specific function or division within the client) by delivering permanent candidates.
This role will be based onsite in Surrey, with some travel to the UK regional sites.
The ideal candidate will have a solid on-site recruitment background, worked in a technology/IT-focussed environment and experienced managing a large volume of requirements. Excellent relationship skills are essential - communicating at all levels, together with the ability to work autonomously.
Supply Chain Manager
UK - Flexible Location
Part-time 3 days/week
We currently have a requirement to assist all client programmes in the UK.
The main duties for this role will be:

To develop and implement a supply chain strategy to support hy-phen’s existing and future client programmes.

To ensure that hy-phen’s supply chain meets the requirements of its programmes for the third party provision of contract, temporary, interim and permanent resources across all necessary job categories and disciplines.

To establish and manage any other third party relationships required to support the hy-phen business e.g. with outplacement service providers or specialist consulting services providers.

To provide subject matter expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier selection, supplier/relationship management, supply chain rationalisation, supply market dynamics
This role will be based in one of our UK offices, with regular travel to the onsite teams.
The ideal candidate will have an MSP recruitment background, with strategic sourcing and supply chain management experience, specific market knowledge related to recruitment/staffing suppliers, strong knowledge of recruiting/sourcing processes and organisation, contract negotiation and maintenance, understanding of supplier performance management and relationship management experience to senior levels.
