Everything Everywhere sought a flexible solution to their agency recruitment needs that would improve candidate quality, deliver process improvements and cost savings, and compliment both its own direct attraction team and its uniquely dynamic environment. Crucially, the solution needed to meet the recruitment needs of both the wide range of specialist requirements within the business, as well as managing the peaks and troughs in the volume recruitment areas.
Solution
hyphen placed an on site team in key locations, ensuring that the skills sets of its recruiters matched the individual needs of the sites. With customer satisfaction a key driver for the team, hyphen worked on a tender to rationalize its agency suppliers to ensure the right partnerships with those suppliers with the greatest understanding of the cultural fit within Everything Everywhere. This rationalization formed part of an overall cost savings programme. Process improvements and higher quality Management Information were achieved through the introduction and tailoring of a new 3rd party VMS system, which brought the additional benefit of managing accruals for all contingent workers across the business.
